To enrol at Kindon State School you can either
contact the school via phone or in person to collect an enrolment pack or download all the necessary forms from the related links to the right of this page. Once completed the forms need to be returned to the school office and an enrolment interview time will be made with the Principal.
The following documents will also be required at the time of the enrolment interview:
- Student’s birth certificate
- Student’s two most recent school reports
- NAPLAN results if applicable

To participate in our Kindergarten program children must have turned four before 30 June. There is no opportunity for early entry into the Kindergarten program. You can refer to the
kindy age eligibility table above or use the kindy calculator link to help you determine your child's start year:

Please submit these forms as well as any additional documentation (e.g. birth certificate, Immunisation History Statement and medical management plan if required) to the school to secure a place for your child in the kindergarten program.
